objective

I am michael wilkos a 69-year-old youngster who values work food and home with the objective of all who come into the range of my heart leave convinced life is good. As an assistant at any level positive attitude affects all. I encourage debate not fighting up sale soft sale when selling to the point I make it a challenging artistic achievement to increase a sale with customer actually adding without most cases even having to say anything more than just saying.

Also, an excellent teacher usually asked to train in complex tasks others have just thrown their hands up. The reason why I too dumb to be dumb and encourage my students to be also.

In my past I have proven initiative not too shy away from a challenge; launching from idea to some success three companies one land scaping, custom furniture lastly reconditioning used automobiles for sale.

But rather than follow norms like trying to program why question current technology says impossible so to is too present these high lights unless I take extreme liberties in that regard

Experience

I will start at the beginning of my life and career working for a real paycheck my family arranged a local coxs garage all services provided it was junior in high school age 15.5 1969. You know like car pulled in how high test or regular yes it went up mamma now 28 cents a gallon for regular 300.00 don’t go over only got 3 dollars so make sure and you did while she went inside clean the windshield don’t even ask check the blades tries looking good air okay 1.80 on pump got time like me too check the oil sure no problem.

Got to the point three cars at time no issue Friday payday going out kinda of time and normal along with glasses or plates silverware yes mam 8 gallons minimum okay mamma

Regulars though you knew by first name if only took 7 gallons you know what don’t say anything I bring one with your slip different time different place etc

The reason why I set the scene is all that was just standard procedure does not exist today that I know of

But the lesson I am really telling here is on day regular john pulls in brand new jobby proud and all you get excited for him check the oil yeah you better be careful brand new so pop the hood put support post in place check and begin to close well I forgot bent support but said nothing heard nothing

Later old man toten a fixture ne everybody called me aside quietly and bend that support no stood my ground no several times then it was dropped nothing said

But I was guilty now didn’t have the guts to tell the truth the garage replaced it for free that guilt and lack there of stayed where one of the man reasons I’m still looking for work in part to this day ive remained too honest for my own good I know and understand different shades but really.

NEVER AGAIN

Now to my last position machine operator bet you know now why that came first just as the covid was retreating in new Hampshire and non-inessentials where coming back and I was offer a a position through Adecco placed in HCP packaging in Hinsdale NH march kind of novice I laud low but still stood college grad and all that surrounded by lifers well one thing led to another and feed back froom Adecco rep they loved me a real super star accolades fell into being acclimated had gone from overweight couch potatoes too working ten hour days four days a week. And feeling better constantly because of it. Most operators appreciated me just the front office didn’t as a rule mike the plant manager made a point to stop by and say you know we like you here great.

Fought properly not to make mistakes but always did only I know of there that would my bad remember post. well I got really good at running cap 28 a newer machine number on money maker it went from okay to lousy to pretty good as far as running without jams downtime etc but for a stretch too many jams down time every body knew it really was me one mechanic and Courtney keeping it going so much so plant mgr. was paying me a visit I think to reward me he had heard I really knew okay but before he could finish yeah but today its running like crap. Go ahead check my production report I recoded each with a slash he started counted lets see that’s 60 again jammed now that’s 62 okay well all hell broke loose

Had to be resolved caps one of the parts had rt be checked outside finally production mgr. mr production well you really don’t want quality involved but I did can you imagine that

Well ill wrap up with saying the last week before medical leave every day that week no days bag count was below 26 pretty good a couple of days 34 36 respectively and one at 42 a record. But liked depended on who mike rarely said boo Jim disdain me no bent post I felt great and honored two older women one quality control I called my precentor after baseball and another who always delivered the parts I needed just in time she was my wonder woman because of it.

But it was common after it was shut down and repaired when Courtney and others would make like taking my picture yes yes yes want you damn it now tears but offered too return recently politely wanted this time 15.00 not entry level 13,50 but they stood pat s0 im writing to you

These are just two examples of what who and what makes me tick. I do still face a weight restriction of twenty pounds and do face having dental implants soon. But only remaining issue I know of requiring any time off for medical reasons.

After spending the night sleeping on what I presented so far decided to include this event I had a couple of doctors appointments I did schedule about two days in advance but showed up instead on that day doctors had called rescheduled I made to my day off well as I came in Courtney says you know your request was approved I said yes but that was then now in planning ahead and handed in my completed form two weeks from then well about a day later wonder woman dropped off about 12 boxes and a large amount of bags you know there here just in case minor right but until then on demand like everybody else world wide but it caught on also now predictions of supply chain disruptions was on CNN that’s what prompted my response. Who’s who now one little comment from a grunt and a whole plant changes just saying.

Never officially graduated but accumulated a variety of courses in wide assortment of subjects

My gpa was 2.8 not stellar but learned a lot and worked part time throughout my time in college,

Psychology Sociology and minor in macro economics

Living at home established my time management skills. Gpa would have been hirer if my mother didn’t face experimental brain surgery same time of finals and received no leniency from profs but mom survived and took several years in recovery eventually went back too work full time a real trooper and very special person before and after passed in 1993 and dad in 2009 I delivered the eulogy for dad no one else would
