Summary

I started in the building trades in 1977, clean up crew, advanced to deliveries, Framing apprentice and Master Mechanic in steel stud. Worked with Birdsong Construction 1980 - 1984. Building hospitals on Indian Reservations In Montana. From there Steel Stud Framing with Brady,Projects like Hyatt Regency, Disney stores. Superintendent for Bycore, Good&Roberts as well as my own company. Projects with BIO Tech Such as Gen-Probe, Callaway Golf and various Tenant Improvements. 2004 -2017 started Callahan General Contractors. We specialized in Residential and Commercial building. 2003 joined Mankind Project San Diego to improve on communication skills. And work with Men who hit rough spots in their lives.. This experience taught me positive communication with My Clients, Employees and Subs. In 2007 volunteer work with Boys to Men San Diego. A non- prophet organization that helps troubled Teens. participated in weekends were they come up boys, and leave as Men. A right of passage. Gratifying work for sure. In short I bring many years of experience as well as a gift of working with others in a professional manner.
