SUMMARY

As a software system manager for the company JC International, Inc., I designed and implemented a payroll time entry system and was responsible for the processing of employee timesheets. In addition, I set down instructions for the training and support of departmental staffs. I made sure the system followed regulator upgrades as well. With dealers’ input, I provided guidelines to dealers worldwide to resolve day-to-day issues involving the Accounting system (which included a Canadian variant) and managed communication between the front office and dealership office during my time at International Harvester. From my position, I oversaw development of training documentation for the dealers to reference. I also effected changes and upgrades to the program in concert with regulatory agencies’ standards and implemented new compliance requirements when necessary. Using ERP systems called Enterprises Resource System. A category of business management software of core business process in real time and mediated by software and technology.
