uNew Bern Area (August of 2015 – August of 2018)

Supervised 7 stores. Developed 9 GM’s, assisted training 2 pipeliners, and had 2 GM’s accepted into the MCOiT Program, helped onboard 1 MCO. For 2016 I won a top 3 service award for TUSA, MCO of the year for the Region, MCO top operations award #4 in TUSA. We are currently and have been running great operations. Set 6 new record weeks.

uFayetteville Area (July 2014 – August 2015)

Supervised 9 stores. Ran 80% cDOT for the first time ever in the history of the area in 2015 (Pd. 4-9). 3.8 OER average. Improved EBITA by 450k vs. PY and met FL. Developed 6 GM’s and trained 1 MCO. Had 3.8 OER average. This area was the biggest challenge of my career.

uHampton/ Newport News Area (November 2011- July 2014)

Supervised 8 stores. Improved all operational metrics in 2012 & 2013. Had record EBITDA in 2012 & 2013. Hired and developed 8 GMs. 3.7 OER average.
