JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

To develop the BIM models & CAD drawings for HVAC ducting & piping, fire-fighting, plumbing, drainage, potable water, sewerage system, surface water, road utilities and irrigation service as per respective codes & standard

To develop the technical room coordination such as AHU room, fan room, chiller plant room, pump room, generator room, FCC room and GSM room with the respective builder’s work layout for technical room and other area.

To refer material submittal for all MEP equipment’s like AHU, FCU, duct and pipe, air terminal, damper, fan, pump, chiller, sprinkler, FM-200, fire fighting equipment’s, foam system, valves, gully, manhole, soakaway, etc,.

Able to extract the required data from material submittal and comply into the BIM and CAD shop drawings and deliver the shop drawings at on-time.

Able to review the official documents such as technical reports, mechanical equipment's, materials submittals, drawing submittals, bill of quantity, RFI reports, legends, abbreviations, specifications, schedules and transmittals. ACADEMIC PROFILE:
