• Work with 17 distributed agile teams to deliver valuable and innovative products in the Provider, Group-Salesforce, Enterprise Service Portfolio area, and Claims and EDI transactions.
• Team up with Product Owner to maintain and coordinate communication of project progress to clients throughout each project by visualizing work on Scrum boards.
• Act as the bridge between the Product owner and delivery team, helping both parties to align to a common goal while managing stakeholder/Owners expectations.
