I have 30 years of operations experience working in the manufacturing of military and commercial aircraft machined goods and I have worked closely with hundreds of personnel during my career.

Luis is one individual that I am proud to say is a role model employee. During our time working together, Luis has displayed exceptional skill at assembling complex, precision machined parts that are fitted to multiple platforms on both commercial product and United States military aircraft. The transformation of detail level parts into sub-assemblies is critical work that is often at the last minute and always with exceptional risk of scrap. This hurts the customer move schedule and everyone’s bottom line. Luis is an assembler that can handle the pressure and was often delegated our “most at risk of failure” product. It’s not just his technical skills that will be valued, Luis, as you may come to know as “mister”, was wonderful to work with because of his “always happy/helpful attitude” and there simply being no job that he was not willing to do or assist with. His many additional skills and a team player mentality were valued by our team member who often relied on him to get the job done in the clutch and often with demanding hours.
