My company provided maintenance service needs in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. I provided maintenance services to apartment owners that included plumbing, electrical, drywall, rough and finish carpentry, glass and mirror replacement, window replacement, stucco and concrete repair, painting and staining, cabinet installation and repair, lock and key replacement, and other job assignments as requested.

I was hired as a punch list prepper for two commercial construction jobs in San Diego. My duties were to make apartments ready for occupancy by completing all painting, patching, and finish work for release to the site owners. This company hires temporary labor for the local construction industry. Exhaustive skills and comprehension testing is done before hire.
January 2015 to October 2015
I was hired as a carpenter for the United States Navy Exchange. My duties include rough and finish carpentry as needed in the Navy Exchange stores. I am also required to provide continuing maintenance for all other assigned jobs that include electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall and finish, and a multitude of corrective maintenance issues as they arise. I have been responsible for all of our NAVY Exchange stores in the San Diego area. My maintenance experience is in commercial maintenance tasks and corrective measures.
OCTOBER 2015 I RETIRED FROM SECULAR WORK
