Floating enquiry, collecting quotation.

Negotiation & Vendor selection.

Compile offers and get Technical Recommendation

Formulate negotiation strategy and get clearance to negotiate

Negotiate prices and terms as per Company norms

Prepare Note to Director/Apex committee & get approval Awarding purchase order through proper ERP System.

Material expediting.

Participating in project review meetings for evaluating material requirement & delivery schedule.

Co-ordinating and negotiating with vendors on price and other commercial terms.
