Pin Oak Taft Station managed 2 Inspectors on the construction of (2) 500K BBL tanks, 1 mile of 20” pipeline, civil work, inlet and outlet tank piping, installation of can pumps, mainline pump, meter skids, prover, firewater system, foam system, final paint, job book and commissioning. 2017 TO 2020

CONTSTRUCTION MANAGER, CAM, ICI

250 Miles 30” Plains Red Oak Pipeline, Managed Constructability, Survey, Land Department on the routing of The Red Oak Pipeline from Iola, Texas to Corpus Christi. 150 Miles 36” Plains Wink to Webster Pipeline. Managed Constructability, Survey, and Land Department.

78 Miles 26” Plains Wink to McCamey Pipeline. Origination of Cactus II. Worked with Land Agents, Surveyors, Chief Inspectors and Engineers on design and route of the Pipeline. Managed all documentation and specifications. Managed 60 Inspectors, and all daily construction progress. Tracked daily progress and project costs. Updated engineers with the previous day’s project cost for line footage and all adders daily. Managed large material delivery and storage, valves, plc cabinets, fittings, and pipe yard. Completed NWIS CPAI welding school.

Managed multiple projects in the Permian Basin, Tanks, gathering systems, expansions in hot facilities. Worked with Operations on daily to schedule shutdowns, hot work and lock out tag out. 285 Central Phase 3 Expansion, 285 Phase 2, Zena to 285 5 mile 10” pipeline, Porterville Expansion, SWEPI Olympus, BTA Laterals, Pinnacle Culberson, Concho Tankless, Black tip meter expansion. Several of these projects were ongoing at the same time. 2

356 Miles 16” Plains Red River Pipeline. Worked with Land Agents, Surveyors, Chief Inspectors and Engineers on design and route of the Pipeline. Managed all documentation and specifications. Assisted with personnel management bid showings and contractor bid meetings. Tracked daily progress and project costs. Updated engineers with the previous day’s project cost for line footage and all adders for multiple construction spreads. Managed large material delivery and storage, valves, plc cabinets, bends, fittings. Used multiple style forklifts. Inspected over fencing, clearing, lowering in, and backfilling. 300 miles 20” Plains Cactus Pipeline, Marcelle Station and McCamey Stations. Managed Contractor Billing, Meetings, Specifications, and Documentation. Managed daily meetings and daily cost. 20 miles of 12” Pipeline Plains Blacktip Pipeline and Blacktip Station. Produced complete pipeline weld mapping as built. Inspected over fencing, clearing, lowering in, and backfilling. Worked with PCS (CATS) on traceability and weld mapping. Traced pipe by heat numbers for total line replacement due to lack of fusion in seam welds. Tracked replacement as a T&M project. 15 miles of 10” Pipeline Plains Barstow Pipeline and Barstow Station. Produced complete pipeline weld mapping as built. Inspected over coating crew, fencing, clearing, lowering in, and backfilling Inspected over lowering in, backfilling, and Tie-ins. Worked with PCS (CATS) on traceability and weld mapping Collected and maintained all documentation necessary for RRC and PHMSA audits, for all aspects of Pipeline and Station construction on all Plains projects I worked on.

Managed invoicing between multiple contractors and the company.
