Projects Worked:

1. Project: Steering Test Rig

Measurement of Endurance characteristics.

Measurement of Life Cycle characteristics.

2. Project: Batch Off Machine

The main function of batch off machine is for cooling and storage of rubber sheet. Then, the rubber

sheet after cooling will be delivered to next process.

The method cooling of batch off machine will be fan cooling, water cooling and air cooling for

matching to different requirement.

3. Project: Auto Weighing and Feeding System

The main function of system is to automatically weigh the materials like chemical carbon at accuracy

and feed them in to machine.

The Accuracy of weigh depends on the customer requirements varies from 50 mgs to 1 mg.

Responsibility:

Manufacture the Special Purpose machines (SPM) for Client Requirements.

To convert concept design into detailed design on machine.

To Selection of market available products, accessories and Standard Components used to design on

machines (like Cylinder, Bearing, Motor...)

Material Selection for components based on usage of place.

Preparation of CAD models, detail drawings, assembly drawings, Bills-of-Materials, and related

documentation.

To prepare design concepts, dimension and geometrically tolerance part drawings and produce

assembly drawings for manufacturing.
