I was able to learn how to utilize hard work, and also helped lead a team of people due to lack of help. It was good to help my coworkers and supervisors when needed, while also being able to see people face to face while they come in to pick up their tires. Overall, I always made sure that my part of the job was finished at the end of the day, even if it meant staying longer to do so.
