DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

(Engineer I)

Overall Responsibility: Monitors and administers Engineering related works and activities in accordance with the existing policies and procedures. Ensures proper documentations and projects undertaken by Engineering units or contractors.

Prepares material and spare parts requirement based on the Job Request submitted by Philippine Air Force

Prepares designs and projects proposals with cost and estimates of various projects in Philippine Air Force

Evaluates Job Request for existing and new projects and recommend accordingly for approval of the Philippine Air Force officers.

Supervising and monitoring on-going projects

Pursue on researching for any improvements in Philippine Air Force

Perform other duties that may be assigned by Philippine Air Force officers.

(Assistant Engineering Manager)

Overall Responsibility: Ensures that all machines and equipment are in the top operating condition. Ensures compliance with the government requirements related to the job.

1.Prepares material and spare parts requirement to the factory based on the Job Requests submitted by other departments.

2.Prepares machine design and cost estimates of various projects.

3.Evaluates Job Request for existing and new projects and recommend accordingly for approval of the Factory Manager.

4.Maintains Machine Service Records as basis for Preventive Maintenance.

5.Maintains and updates of all Engineering documents and drawings.

6.Prepare shutdown schedules as instruction by the President and/or the Factory Manager.

7.Ascertains and certifies the technical capability of machines as basis for decision making whether to shut down or continue operating.

8.Evaluates work performance of personnel under his supervision.

9.Negotiates with contractors for the execution of engineering projects.

10.Ensures that engineering contractors deliver services in accordance with existing contracts.

11.Designated as Internal Auditor.

12.Designated as Food Safety Team Member.

13.Perform other duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

(Engineering Supervisor/Preventive Maintenance Engineer)

1.Conducts regular inspection and routine checks of all equipment and machineries in the manufacturing process using the inspection Report/Checklist.

2.Prepare and submit reports to superior, including inspection findings if any.

3.Prepare and submit to superior for approval, make request for replacement of repair of machine spare parts.

4.Regularly updates Preventive Maintenance Plan/Schedule and submits to superior for approval.

5.Monitors and coordinates with concerned departments the implementation of repairs and maintenance schedule.

6.Supervises repairs and maintenance of all factory machineries during shutdown and or major breakdown during production.

7.Executes daily repair schedule and activities from Engineering Job Request (EJR).

8.Updates engineering Documents such as EJR, Work order, and Equipment Breakdown Form (EBF), Machine Service Report (MSR), and other engineering documents.

9. Submits and coordinates with Engineering Manager about study of improvements of any factory equipment/ machineries.

10.Supervises repair of all water utilities such as pumps and motors.

11.Responsible for the safety operation of all factory equipment and machineries.

12.Prepares man-hour project and estimates to Engineering Manager for approval.

13.Responsible for preparation of all machineries and equipment spare parts.

14.Represents Engineering in various audits in relation to Preventive Maintenance Program of the plant.

15.Designated as Food Safety Team Member.

(Boiler Head Supervisor)

1.Conducts regular checking/inspection of all equipment, instrument and machines to ensure efficient operation of boiler.

2.Report to engineering manager any abnormalities in boiler operation and do the necessary and immediate action to prevent production delay and further damage.

3.Monitor and secure the sufficient supply of fuel, bunker/coco shell for continuous operation and production.

4.Ensure the safety of all boiler personnel by regularly checking the boiler safety measures against malfunction.

5.To operate the boiler applying the provisions of the ASME Code Section II. Recommended rules for care of power boilers.

6.Familiarize and thoroughly understands the operation and maintenance of the boiler as stipulated in the operation and maintenance manual provided by the manufacturer.

7.Empower/educate boiler operators and firemen about their duties and responsibilities.

8.Promote and maintain good housekeeping at the boiler area at all times.
