- Job creation and closure in Syspro for financial statement.
- Handled the role of department safety representative and responsible for giving safety training to workers in the department and ensuring safety in department.
- Ensure 100% compliance in PTW system in all maintenance activities in shift.
- Handled the role of Department 5S champion and execute housekeeping plans to ensure plant hygiene.
- Developing SOP for different tasks in brewing process.
- Conducting the monthly 5S and PRP audits and ensure the points are being closed within due date.
- Ensuring the submission of required reports related to beer manufacturing process to Excise department in time.
- Control beer losses in all stages of process without deviation in quality.
- Daily taint tasting of raw material, FV, SV and BBT beer.
