Principal advisor to the Brigade Commander as the subject matter expert (SME) on all areas of logistical support, property accountability and procurement. Also served as the Systems Applications and Products in Data Processing (SAP) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) SME, which encompassed over 80,800 pieces of equipment, totaling $932 million, and overseeing the work of 2,700 transportation soldiers. Presents operational issues and concerns in discussion with higher level managers, officers and/or collateral organizational levels and stakeholders; justifies requests for different resource authorizations and determines resource needs.

PROPERTY BOOK OFFICER, CW2 February 2015- February 2018 1st Medical Brigade, 7721 Tank Destroyer Blvd, Fort Hood, Texas 76544 Served as the lead Property Book Officer, responsible for all matters involving joint logistics and special programs, for 52 military units, 5 Combat Hospitals, and 3000 personnel. Increased operability 80% by building a preventive maintenance infrastructure in Afghanistan, providing expertise and technical assessments to enhance their capability to pursue international objectives. This was instrumental in the shipping and turn-in of over $922 million excess equipment to Kuwait. Identified personnel training and development needs, established training plans, and provided formal and informal training as required.
PROPERTY BOOK OFFICER CW2 October 2011- February 2015 45th Sustainment Brigade, Schofield BARRACKS, HI 96857 Served as the primary coordinator and planner for logistics operations in the Pacific, Atlantic, and mid-western regions, for movement of logistic support vessels. Performed liaison duties transporting over $600M of equipment in support of operations for civilian, interagency and DOD services. Advised the Brigade Commander on all matters pertaining to the welfare, safety, training, and placement of the 48 warrant officers within the brigade. Mentored and advised them on matters of career advancement. Resolved complaints and grievances on an informal basis, and affected minor disciplinary measures.

Responsible for equipment valued in excess of $6B and an annual budget valued over $3.5M. Managed all Harbormaster Communications Control Center (HCCC) operations and three of the Army’s largest watercraft vessels valued over $90M.
