Track Changes to the design or actual work and adjust budget projections.

Monitoring monthly cost report including budget works closely with commercial teams of employed Consultants, Contractors & Sub contractors.

Rate Analysis.

Preparing detailed schedule from BOQ.

Preparing schedules in coordination with Contractors, Sub Contractors, vendors and Commissioning team to match with the project completion plan.

Construction supervision of civil interior works at site, including safety, quality and time schedule.

Monitoring project works & coordination with other depts.
