Co-ordination with Client / Consultant for Approval of Shop drawings/Technical Submittals & As Built Drawings.

ESP Calculations for the final selection of AHUs, FCUs and

Exhaust equipment’s.

Preparations of Plans, Sections, Details, HVAC/MEP Drawings.

Technical advice modification/change with value engineering cost saving for the organization benefit.

Review and checking specifications, reports and drawing to ensure Quality of design and outputs.

Aware of Drafting for Air conditioning & Ventilation projects.

Participate in preparation of Bids MTO, quantification of MEP services based on Tender documents and drawings.

Lead the coordination process with other senior team leaders for continuity of the projects.

Supervise CAD operators in all project related matters.

Co-ordination of MEP services in drawings and site execution also.

Preparation shop drawing based on consultant/client requirements.

Knowledge of AUTO CAD. Engineering Design & Detail Drawings.

Updates/prepare HVAC Arrangement/Detail Drawings as per client requirements, ASHRAE, class rules and vendor drawings.

Knowledge of Duct Designing & Calculation of Duct Sizes through MCQUAY software.

Preparation of Air terminal Details grills/diffusers selection through Air Master Catalog.

Ensure & maintain Quality of finished drawings with Zero Error.

Conducts site surveys as per the work scope. And prepares field checks, takes dimensions &site. Modification proposals with assistance from HVAC Engineer.

Develops HVAC arrangement drawings with proper interference checks with other department & support details, updates HVAC single line drawings.

Develops HVAC MTO based on the work scope and survey.

Guides and supervises the jobs assigned to junior subordinates.

Attend project meetings with the Consultants/client in the absence of HVAC engineer.

Renders support to the HVAC Engineer maintaining the department KPI& takes accountability for the work quality.

Performs other duties assigned by lead engineer/Manger

Preparation of General layout drawing for the HVAC equipment and ventilation fan.

Coordinated with contractors & Vendors for the selection of HVAC equipment’s.

Preparation of MTO, RFQ and other technical specs related to all HVAC Equipment’s.

Knowledge of HVAC grade/class as ABS CLASS, BV CLASS, LR CLASS Etc.
