Working in Zetatek Technologies Pvt Ltd since May. 2017 as a System Engineer.

As a System Engineer works for multiple projects and they are Motion Simulators(Rate Tables, Target Motion Simulators), Vibration Shaker, Electro-Optical test measurements and Inertial Measurements Units.

Documenting the requirements from customers(Defense & Aerospace Industries both Govt and Private) and sharing it to the abroad Principal companies.

Doing Installations, tests, supports and assessment for the above said projects.

Designing fixtures and Rate Table Models in Solidworks for the requirements.

Works closely with Design & development and Manufacturing team for the timely execution of the projects.

Scope:

To provide production, enhancement and maintenance of Grainger Product Attribute enrichment in line with Grainger requirement model and meeting with their standards. Responsibilities :

Preparing 3D drawings in SolidWorks for the products as per the customer requirements.

Internal Quality Check of Deliverables using quality check list and tools.

Planning and managing Production, Supplier Validation, and Revalidation based on Customer needs/Plans.

Gathering Technical Data for different products from different suppliers and filling technical specifications in the Build Sheets for Grainger Customer.

Raising Queries and giving inputs to the Customer with respect to Technical clarifications on Customer given Build Sheet.

Communicates with suppliers globally to get technical specifications which are unavailable in their websites.

Validating Supplier Data and sending feedback to Supplier to get 100% fill rate.

Preparing Blue Print Report for Build Sheets.

Worked as Configuration Engineer in HBL Power Systems Ltd from October 2014 to September 2015.

Scope:

Communicating and coordinating effectively with all teams and make sure that process goes smoothly.

Providing the Technical Documents(Guarantee Assured Drawings, General Technical Particulars, Quality Assured Plans).
