How to Check your Student’s Schedule in

Illuminate Parent Portal

● Schedule Viewing will be released to Parent Portal around 4:30 on Friday, August 2, 2019.

If you log in before this time, you will not see the necessary places to click.

● Mobile devices may distort the viewing. Best viewed on a computer.

● When you log in, you will click on Schedule on the left hand navigation menu.

If you are viewing on a mobile device, you will need to irst click on the 3 lines in the top left corner to view the navigation menu.

● Once you click on Schedule, you will need to click on the box that says Show Future Terms and set the date to Monday (08/05/2019) click Submit.

Once you are viewing the schedule, you can click Print.

If you have multiple students, you will need to select each student from the dropdown menu on the left or top right to view the schedule for each.

● Please click on Forms and make sure your Forms have been approved. If it says Form Incomplete, reopen the form, make the necessary changes and resubmit. If it says New Form, please ill it out.
