Im a structual shipfitter and outfitter

As a shipfitter i did mainly new construction all carbon steel. I installed double bottoms, wing tanks, cabin decks and pilot houses all according to blue prints. I would be in charge of hanging a unit and getting all leveled and we would mark a scribe and use oxy and acetlyne cutting torches to make the scribe into place according to drawing and measurements were taking all from center line and baseline. Also installed all brackets, angle iron, flatbar etc. All according to drawing. Used cranes, forklifts, cherry pickers etc… to complete job.
