BIM application Specialist was working in Capricot Technology Pvt ltd. from August 2019 to July 2020.

Commercial project - Face 1 - G + 39 level

Structure made beam slabs and pedestal columns, also gave the opening shaft,opened the sleeving beam slabs.Core wall cut out. Architectural work as build in Lod 500. Modeled in ongoing construction. Project coordinator with other services. Clashes detection in MEPF system services.Metal sheet create in parking level P0-P5. Ceiling create and check. MEP system did some modeling in HVAC and electrical files.

• Space Matrix - Pune

Commercial project - Face 2 and 3, 13th level and 9th level. Architectural finished work done. Worked in wall, flooring, ceiling, Furniture file.

3 Year 4 Month worked BimStar Buildwell Engineers as Revit Modeler since May 2015 to Oct 2018.Project work details in below.

• Godrej Prarna - Pune

Residential project - Face1 - A, B & C, DE, F & G

Structure work done in slope in ramp, R.C.C band in used ramp.Sleeve in beam, 2

lintel beam.Pre-cast staircase, opening in shaft, concrete grade workset created. OHWT created pargola.

Architectural work in the project Specifying dimension, room wise tanging modeling. Parking 1 railing, private garden modeling, OHWT ladder created. Elevation outside stone cladding. Schedule in the flat & room wise. Passage area cladding in wall. B & C construction joint mirror.Architectural and structural clash detection work has been done in Navisworks, Also elements id vice changed to Revit, revision changes save the viewpoint,also tag and comments.Create and investigate clash detachment report in Naviswork.

• SNS Global -Surat

Commercial building project - A to SH-2

Structure work 40 building staircase, toilet, passage, shop & ramp. Reinforcements work in beam, slab,column.

Architectural work done in the shop, passage, toilets & canteen. The modeling sign board shop, lift jam,facial frame and cladding. Outside glass mullion model. OHWT to Roof level modeling and scheduled all building. Architectural and structural clash detection work has been done in Navyworks. Also, I used to change those clashes like services. Naviswork elements id vice changed to Revit.

Architecture work LOD-200 Kerb wall,floor, door, window Modeling. RFI check and changes the model.

Residential project

Architecture work r.c.c pardi wall,aluminia fin cladding and powder room Modeling, finished.

Structure work in the universal beam, floor plate area slab,waterproofing opening structure trenched slab, theatre type pargola and hole section column. Architecture work modeling finished waterproof SUL false ceiling types, components create furniture, Mass used blocks, Rectangular mullion wooden plate, wall opening fince, glazed panel glass window.

Residential project - Wagholi

Structure work shear wall opening, beam, slab roof level OHWT opening. Reinforcement worked shear wall top and bottom also slab and beam. Architecture modeling finished 3bhk and 4bhk.

Residential project

Structure modeling staircase, beam, column and slab. Architecture modeling LOD-200 finished.

Commercial project

Structural modeling worked in the ramp,staircase, pile column & foundation. Architecture modeling worked in the ramp,staircase, escalator, travelator. Modeling to the Pump room, H.K supply room. Roof level mullion finished.

Architecture work done LOD-200 modeling and wool panel modeling.

Commercial chemical project

Architectural modeling work LOD - 200, ramp, railing, soft roof panel, generic steel gutter line done. Level of DWG drawing and PDF created.
