1.Production & Process engineer: Present I have been working as a process engineer in Deccan Fine Chemicals India private limited, TUNI from May 2019.

Scale up process and commissioning of new products in commercial scale.

Checking P&ID’s and mapping of reactors for new products.

Coordinating between R&D, Process Safety,Production for troubleshoots and addressing quality issues and for improving safety within the process.

Working on Distillation operations and effect of various parameters on distillation operations like temperature of reactor & column, pressure and re flux flow rates.

Minimized Jacket Utility Circulation pump cavitation Problems at high jacket temperatures by using NPSH calculations maintaining minimum suction pressure in Expansion vessels.

Reduced Raw material addition time for highly Exothermic reactions by optimum flow rates and thus reducing time cycles of product.

Completed B. Tech degree in Chemical Engineering from Gayatri Vidhya Parishad college of Engineering (Autonomous) affiliated to JNTU Kakinada, (2015 – 2019) with 8.72 CGPA.

Completed Diploma in Petro Chemical Engineering from Government Institute of Chemical Engineering, Visakhapatnam, (2012 – 2015) with 87% aggregate.
