Performed and evaluate accurate quantity takeoffs for Earthwork, lite demo, cut to fill evaluations, building pads, concrete, fine grading and paving. Understand scopes of work for sewer, storm and water utilities. Persuade potential clients and subcontractor to understand project schedules as well as anticipated needs. Submit written correspondence, RFQs and perform presentations to team members and subcontractors for analysis and insight. Conducted site visits in order to assess possible situations and gather relevant information.
