Key Responsibilities Includes :

* Plan and suggest Duty Roaster changes of any House — Keeping Staff based on the

complaints.

* Go for the rounds for the following posted floors as per the instruction of the HOD /

Manager.

* Coordinating with Manager and HOD in conducting of the classes such as Room Cleaning,

Fumigation, Transport, Biomedical Waste Management, bed making and Sponge bath for

the house keeping Staff and responsible for monitoring and improving the service levels of

the House keeping staff.

* Maintaining the (Non Bacterial Growth) hospital environment under the hygienic standards

to check on the bacterial growth based on the swab culture.

* Ensure fumigation is done properly in all wards ICCU, Normal Wards and Rooms etc.

© Uason with the Maintenance Department for all Preventive Maintenance and ensure that

due to breakage of equipments work should not suffer and alternative means to be available

for handling all emergency situations.
