DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Inspection of QA/QC Procedure of Client/ Consultant.

Conduct Daily surveillance and civil works inspection in accordance to approved ITP’s and Standards.

Check and monitor all incoming materials utilization with vendors Approval as per client’s standards.

Conduct regular co ordination meeting with co coordinators of sub contractor representative with regards to quality system.

Prepare a request for inspection (RFI) and checklist in accordance to approved inspection technician procedures (ITP) prior commerce of work.

Daily coordination with client and inspector to ensure that all works performed is within international standards.

Prepare nonconformance report (NCR), if the scope of work and quality of materials did not comply in the client approved standards.

Check submittal of materials construction methodologies for client approval.

Proper documentation of QA/QC files.

Inspection of concrete, Asphalt Batch plant, inspection the calibration of plants laboratory equipment calibration certificates.

Inspection of concrete and Asphalt batch productions, inspection of uniformly testing of batch plants as per Royal commission engineering standards and specifications.

Witnessing the backfilling, earth work, concrete, grouting and Asphalt quality testing on construction sites and batch plants.

Inspection of concrete of elevations as per approved plants.

Inspection of concrete and Asphalt paving works.

Weekly checking calibration of concrete and Asphalt batch plants laboratory equipment’s and calibration certificates.

All calibration certificates of concrete and Asphalt batch submittal to project engineer for approval of concrete and Asphalt works.

Quality tests reports of materials, concrete and Asphalt mix design reports submitted to project engineer of concrete and asphalt works.

Inspection of form works before concreting rebar and embedded item as per approved IFC drawing and standards.

Inspection of concrete before pouring witnessing quality on site.

Monitoring and verify that the work execution and implementation are as per approved procedures specification and approved drawings.

Conduct inspection on the items requested for inspection.

Daily login all the observation on the project execution in the logbook.

Conduct inspection of delivery materials at yard prior to the execution.

Conduct inspection of incoming materials up on arrival at site and prepare the inspection report

Assist the QC field supervisor in preparing the two week inspection look ahead schedule.

Issue of non conformity reports against non compiling conditions.

Review of final inspection reports.

Witnessing of grouting of equipment foundations.
