MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Dealing with variations and changes that may arise within construction contracts, and providing the required documents regards to variations:
Identification of required variations
Immediate measurement and valuation of any variations / additional works
Advising on the cost implications of variations
Agreeing contract variations
• Preparation of the monthly Payment Application with all details of the work carried out and any substantiation and evidence required by the Contractor to incorporate into the Contractor’s monthly payment application to the Main Contractor or the concerned project stakeholder.
• Prepare take offs from drawings and compare with site measurements
• Preparation of Monthly Commercial reports in conjunction with PM and site team.
• Maintain all MEP QS documents and logs / registers applicable
• Co-ordinate with all company departments as required for the execution of the Project.
