2002 - 2006 Fuel Team Leader / Facilitator

Assisted in establishing a successful structure for a growing company. Encouraged part time associates to stay within the company and apply for permanent positions. Have promoted associates to corporate.

Trained supervisors on Fuel Safety in the company.

Comprehensive knowledge and experience in group facilitation. While running the fuel team and all the responsibilities that go along with it, I was the South Jersey’s Fuel Facilitator. In this role I was responsible for the training of all new Fuel Team leaders and track their progress yearly after promotion.

2006-2011 Field Merchandiser –

Leader for entire Southern part Virginia – Responsible for executing planograms and resets within the company. Set up new displays, taught the importance of planograms to store associates and Managers alike. Leader for cold box resets, ran 8 vendors during this time to make sure execution of resets went smooth without any issues. When issues arose was responsible to rectify situation through marketing via phone calls, emails and pictures then execute problem solving on the job.

2011-2012 Field Merchandiser Coordinator for entire state of Virginia

Responsible for ordering shelving, equipment and some product for new store set up. Planned and executed new store setups as well as remodels or going dark stores, this included resets, discontinued items, transfers between stores and dealing with all vendors involved to set up new stores.

Earned a reputation as a valuable and cooperative coworker by being fair, honest, willing to help others when needed, and assisting new managers and other staff to become familiar with policy and procedures and new products being put in the stores..
