I had a CNA license previously which I unintentionally allowed to expire in 2013. I was a Certified Nursing Assistant from 2006 to 2008 in which I worked with Alzheimers, Dementia, CVA and Apraxia patients, bed ridden Multiple Sclerosis with stage 1 wound care, catheter care,recording output from a foley bag. cancer, diabetic and Hypertensive patients. I have also been the primary care taker of my father for the last three years who suffered two strokes and is also hypertensive and diabetic. I am very knowledgeable in ambulating from bed to wheelchair, gat belt, bed pan procedures, vital signs, finger pricks to monitor glucose, administering medication As a previous General Manger I was well versed on infection control, sanitation and safety procedures, and detail oriented Throughout the course of my career, I have perfected my customer service, HIPPA client privileges, Incident report skills and abilities. I am a capable and consistent problem-solver skilled at prioritizing and managing projects with proficiency.

In my previous role, I contributed communication, and Listening skills which enhanced team efforts and business improvements. I am progressive minded and am willing to learn and adapt with new developments in the health field. I have proven to be effective and collaborative with strong problem-solving talents. I enjoy collective brainstorming sessions which all me to coordinate activities to achieve a common goal.
