Halifax Homes, Miramar Beach, Florida

Managed infrastructure and construction of subdivisions in two counties, managed the start-up of sewer plant and brought online multi-mile collection system, rehab multi-million dollar irrigation system, and remodel/rebuild of commercial buildings that were lacking certificates of occupancy.

General Contractor and Senior Project Manager 2003 -2015 Southeastern Consulting & Development Company/David & Dad, LLC, Destin, Florida Managed the development and construction of a golf course, sewer plant and four subdivisions in three counties. Also constructed numerous million dollar homes, office buildings and clubhouses. Designed and built business office within an airplane hangar. Proiect Superintendent 1998 - 2003

Supervised all stages of production of meat processing plant, custom homes, remodels, and room additions. Responsibilities also included material take offs and scheduling.

Supervised remodeling of the complete second floor of the Paladion Shopping Mall for an interior design show and completed 3 multi-million dollar homes. Responsibilities included estimating, material take offs and scheduling. General Contractor

David Construction Co., Apple Valley, California 1982 - 1994 Took over family owned business in 1987. Completed improvements on poultry processing plant, 2 doughnut shops and sports bars/restaurants, 30 single-family homes in the Victor Valley area. Completed over 147 units on six separate contracts for the City of San Diego Housing Commission, including streets and utilities and coordinating 23 subcontractors and up to 30 member crews.
