Job Roles and Responsibilities:-

Preparing initial project documents for Municipality and other authorities approval.

Submitting the Drawings and letters to the client for approval.

Supervision of installation and construction of Raft foundation, columns, Beams and slab

Checking column alignment and slab centering before concreting.

Manage and Co-ordinate all site activities to ensure smooth project implementation within schedule and Quality.

Checking the material Quality with the help of Quality Control Officer.

Report to the project manager on the progress of works, resource utilization and man power status.

Discussed and resolve any technical issues highlighted in the site meetings.

Assisting the project manager to check the design if any changes constructed on site.

Calculate the material quantities for all related works.

Taking out Quantities by Studying Drawings and Auto cad.

Co-ordination of work with Electrical and mechanical engineers.

Checking & approving RA bills of sub contractor, and approving as per drawing & work done at the site

Maintaining of Daily Progress Reports .

Preparation of Material reconciliation statements.

Attends progress review meetings and co-ordination meetings to assist the Project.

Lead/Senior Engineer in resolving any site issues such as discrepancies in project’s drawings. Project – 3: - Bhakta Ramadasu Colony(50 Nos Residence Houses) Designation : Trainee Engineer (Dec-2015 to Dec-2016) Project Details:

Construction of G+1 Residence houses.

5kms Cement Roads and drainage across the colony Roles & Responsibilities:

Work supervision under the Site engineer.
