. Pull payoff report daily to determine which loans need MIP payments & which need to be canceled or updated with our tax servicer

. Pay MIP’s on MS & FHA Connection, request checks, make deposits

. Pull Advanced Notices from FHA Connection & determine which loans have an anniversary date approaching, manually change new MIP amount on all FHA loans with anniversary projected

. Disburse MIP’s on all FHA accounts once per month, request checks, make deposits

. Run T & I expiration list to pay any MIP’s that may have not paid, address and pay any MIP’s from said list

. Pull and work FHA Reconciliation report

. Input all loans into our Tax Service website

. Request overpayments from El Paso Tax Office

. Receive, pay & balance all TAR’s from all counties

. Cancel PMI’s for loans as requested

. Request Surplus checks

. Handle incoming client calls about anything customer service related, deal with irate clients on the phone & in person

. Receive and process Loss Draft claims

. Pay Property Taxes on approximately 10,000 homes

. Handle other duties as assigned
