Project: Jamnagar Export Refinery Project Phase -2. JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

Monitored all Plumbing System, Firefighting System & HVAC System work Such as drainage line including Soil/Waste/Vent line, Storm Water drain, Water supply line such as flushing /domestic water supply, irrigation line, G.I Piping for overhead tank, Main ring at terrace level & basement level, Sprinkler system, riser, Hydrant line, AHU, FCU, Ducting & Pump room Installation.

Co-ordination between client & Contractor for all site issues.

To coordinate with Quality Engineers, Clients and vendors for scheduling inspections

Complying with the applicable inspection requirement.

Submitting inspection documents and samples to the Inspection Co-ordinator after completing the inspection.

Coordinate and support during our internal audits by Quality officers.

Sort out all drawing issues & co-ordinate with the help of client & consultant.

Prepare Measurement Sheet from on site execution & drawing.

Prepare As built Drawing for RA Bill.

To take Signature on sketch from client.

Prepare Bill of Quantities & bills with rates from tender.

Get the bills certified from the client.

Preparation of monthly reconciliation statement of material.

Participating in site meetings with client / consultant.

Coordinating with Architect / Contractors during the execution of the project

Preparation of Workshop Drawing and Material submittal for consultant approval.

Submit the material requisition.

Preparing (IR) Inspection request of all activities for final Billing.

Preparation of Daily, Weekly and One Month progress report.

Knowledge of Process Piping fabrication on site as per Isometric Drawings.

Piping installation and testing as per applicable technical specification.

Prepare the detailed Site quantities requirement based on the consultants approved drawings.

Quantity survey for PLUMBING and FIRE FIGHTING works.

Preparation of cost comparison for all major and take management approval.

Reporting to Project manager about the progress and material requirement.

Follow with supplier for compliances statement, test report, technical data sheet for approval.

Any other responsibility assigned by Line Manage

Preparing appropriate documents for handing over of the Project (Mechanical services). EDUACTIONAL QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering – R.P Sharma Institute of Technology. Patna affiliated to Magadha University Bodh Gaya in 2007with 68.58% first Class.

Higher secondary – S.M.R.C.K. College, Samastipur under state board with 68% First Div.

S.S.E – Millat Academy Samastipur under state board with 70% First Div. OTHERS QUALIFICATION:

Done Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing & Fire fighting (MEP) Basic Course.

Microsoft office (word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and good knowledge of internet.
