Bernard brings with him over forty years of experience in Petrochemical and Offshore Industries and an additional two years with Civil Engineering Consultant experience.

Selected Project Experience

_Willbros Engineers LLC - Worked in the Baton Rouge office before transferring to St.Rose office. Worked in AUTOCAD 2D and 3D to design platforms and structures for chemical plant work.

_ Wink Companies, LLC - Obtained training for Bentley Plant 3D design used for training for modeling projects with the following clients: Marathon, ConocoPhillips, Shell Norco, Murphy Chalmette Refinery My experience has been in structural and civil design work. I have made field trips to the different plants, ConocoPhillips, Marathon, Shell Norco and Chalmette. I have done field reviews and dimensioning to facilitate jobs for fabrication of new pipe racks, modification of pipe racks, tank and vessel foundations. I have also designed new platforms, modifications to platforms, ladders and caged ladders and miscellaneous pipe supports. The last 12 plus years I have been using AUTOCAD for 2D work and the last 2 years for 2D and 3D work. _ Mustang Engineering - Used PDMS to model Modular Decks and Appurtenances. Modeled pipe supports and access platforms and used Draft (a 2D PDMS product) to produce drawings.

_ Wink Incorporated - Modeled hull structural appurtenances using PDMS

(Plant Design Management System), drafted and checked offshore structures and appurtenances using AutoCAD and performed Weight and Center of gravity study for Shell Auger Project.

_ McDermott, Inc. - Drafter offshore structures using Tektronics Terminals with a 2D Drafting System (Dragon). Modeled HVAC Systems and Supports for Nuclear Power Plant using a 3D system (IGM) (Intergraphics Modeler). Supervised and assisted structural, piping, electrical and instrumentation material take-off work regarding offshore oil platforms. Coordinated revisions to the IBM on-line systems which supported these material take-off groups. Supervised and assisted all drafting work for Engineering Services Group in Morgan City. Drafted building plans, barge loadouts, yard layouts and details regarding offshore oil platforms and barge renovation projects. Coordinated structural material take-off, coordinated and supervised all material take-off work, estimated manhours and coordinated manpower and job schedules in regards to all material take-off. Performed structural and piping weight and center of gravity studies and performed surface area calculations for cathodic protection studies. Performed structural material take-off for jacket and deck structures. Drafter plans, sections and details for jackets, decks and related appurtenances. Drafter foundation plans, sections and details for commercial buildings
