1. Monitoring all the mining inspection and the production 2. Supervision of all crusher and mobile plants.

3. Keep lookout on all the dispatch from oraghat to other steel plants 4. Manage the quality of iron ore grade.

5 . planning and development of excavation area.

6. Monitoring IBM and DGMS norms.

7. Coordinating all the executive and non executive staff in achieving the given target.

8. Managing and hospitality of all the concerned govt. Authority such as DDM Office, Environment, Forest, DGMS, IBM and local panchayat people. 9. Managing grass route operation as per plant.

10. Supervision of drilling and blasting.
