#2 MAJOR PROJECT (B.E) Jan’17– Apr’17

Description:

Experimental investigation on partial replacement of fine aggregate by manufactured sand and cement by sawdust ash on strength of concrete. This experiment is done to find whether the m- sand gives same strength as of normal sand with addition of sawdust ash. The concrete blocks are prepared and are tested.

Responsibilities:

The materials that are required are collected.

The mix design is calculated and the blocks are prepared according to the mix design process.

The fresh concrete and the hard concrete are tested and the values are noted.

The values of designed concrete are compared with the normal concrete and its details put together in Ms word.

#3 MAJOR PROJECT (M.E) Oct’19– May’20

Description:

Experimental Investigation on Lightweight Foam Concrete. Foam is added additionally to the Concrete to reduce its weight. It is mostly used in renovation.By adding foam to the concrete the blocks are prepared and undergone into tests.

Responsibilities:

The materials that are required are collected.

The mix design is calculated and the blocks are prepared according to the mix design process.

The fresh concrete and the hard concrete are tested and the values are noted.

The values of designed concrete are compared with the normal concrete and its details put together in Ms word.
