- Setup and operate DMG Mori DMU 65, DMU 105 FD and DMU 125 mills and mil/turn 5- axis machines

- Proficient in Siemens controller and using conversational programming

- Building and setting tools for CNC programs

- Competent using G codes and M codes as well as being able to hand program (MDI) when needed

- Proficient in fine tuning speeds (rpm) and feeds (ipm/ipr) so that tool life and cycle can be maximized
