Job responsibilities
Handling two types of Stores such as Manufacturing Stores & Trading Stores.
Manufacturing Stores (Raw material, Packing items & Finished Goods)
Raw materials (RM) – Chemicals, Dyestuff & Resins
Indent placing to Purchase dept as per Production plan
Receipt of raw material- visual checking ensuring intact container, lid, seals. Weighing the material and ensuring the invoiced qty vs Physical qty.
Any discrepancy in above will pass the information to our Purchase dept by verbally and through mail too.
After QC inspection of raw materials, it will be stored in the Pallet and rack storage depending upon the material. GRN posting in ERP.
Some chemicals have stored in Air-conditioned room and some have stored as per Chemical chart due to compatible.
Keeping SDS.
RM will be issuing to production dept as per their Batch size against Material Requisition slip in FIFO Basis. The same has been transferring in ERP also.

Packing Material (PM) - Plastic Container, Cap & Seal
Indent placing to Purchase dept.
Receipt of PM- checking the physical Qty Vs Invoiced Qty
Upon QC inspection will be stored in the pallet & rack storage.
Issuing the PM to Production dept against their Material requisition Slip.
Bin card maintaining
Finished Goods (PM) – Cartridge/Bottle
Receipt of FG from Production dept after verifying QC & QA
Checking the qty and batch number with Production order
The same will be posting in the ERP.
Sale orders are receiving from Invoicing team against Customer’s PO
Based on Sale order, we are preparing the Packing cum Picking list in this customer name, items & qty available.
After our confirmation, the invoice dept will invoice the same and handover to us.
We will pack and handover to concern courier for dispatching to customers.

Trading stores (Spares Parts & Printers)
Indent placing to purchase dept based on movement.
Upon receipt of Spares & Printer will handover to QC dept after basic verification.
Due to no. of items are more in spares, we are maintain the location and it incorporated in ERP too for identify easily.
Packing items for Spares and Printer, have specially designed to avoid the transportation damages.
Based on Customer’s PO we are dispatching the spares & Printers.
Spare Part Service (Commercial activities)
Maintaining Total inward and outward for the parts received for service.
Collecting the information from region for the purpose.
Assigning the job ID, forward it to Technical Service centre for inspection.
Based on the inspection, providing the cost information to region.
Upon customer’s confirmation/PO, Parts can be serviced.
Despatch it to customer along with invoice of serviced spares.
MIS report sending weekly to management.
