This document serves as my TER of the respective job. I was the resident engineer and supervisor of a project which was the construction of three 17-storey residential towers in Isfahan, Iran.

I had the help of 3 assistant supervisors. Eng. Serati who was in charge of implementation quality control, Eng. Amir Asgari with tasks like project timing control, monitoring electrical implementation buoyancy, and Eng. Amin Mostafavi who was in charge of investigating of structural stability according to the plan and other notified ones.

Alongside supervising the crew, I was in charge of investigating the construction site, reviewing constructor’s payment forms, contract with block’s executive constructors, investigation and providing high quality materials.

Besides broadly defined problems and well-defined activities done on a regular basis, we designed a drainage based on new septic system with proper slope to expel the water from the foundation which was causing delay in construction process.

I have always considered safety tips before any operation and trained, supervised and obligated workers to use personal protective equipment such as safety belts, shoes, socks, gloves, masks, etc.

This document serves as my TER of the respective job. I was the construction supervisor of a 23-storey building in Shahid Keshvari town in Isfahan, Iran.

My assistances in this project were consisted of 4 engineers. Mohammad Rezaei as foam concrete implementation administrator, Saeid Hadipoor as metal parts investigator, welding inspector and wall post implementation supervisor. Ali Peykari was in charge of implementation of electrical installations and power ducts and finally Hamed Shahriari in charge of roofing, body tile, stone and body epoxy coating.

I was responsible to assess private workers contract, controlling and receiving work report of the forces and troubleshooting the encountered problems in the process. Controlling the quantity of materials and warehousing, verifying the performance of contractors and paying permits and providing technical solutions to shorten the construction process was further tasks while holding the respective position.
