Objective

Experience

Texas Health Physician Group (Nursing Supervisor) 6/2007-Current

Supervised CMAs and LVNs on back office duties; kept in compliance with Meaningful use and NCQA guidelines.

Clinic OSHA officer; trained all staff members on site specific OSHA procedures and kept the clinic in compliance with OSHA regulations and guidelines.

Assists Manager with interviews, hiring, coaching, and counseling staff.

Helped set up home health services, social worker services, setting up DME assistance for patient’s in need.

Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook.

Rapid Med Urgent Care 8/2006-7/2007

Nurse lead at a busy new urgent care clinic

Implemented OSHA guidelines in a new clinic; helped with marketing to allow the urgent care success.

Nursing duties included by not limited to; IV administration, x-rays, phlebotomy, assisted physician in clinical procedures; medication administration, DOT drug testing certified, exceled in timely and rational response to emergency situations.
