I have a dynamic passion for working in the Food administrative environment as well as the operations and production sector. My main dream is to be one who deals with customers and leaves customers with an unending smile, with a deeper understanding of the values and standards that I strive for.
I work well with deadlines and have equally high expectations of the staff that work under me and I believe that this attention to detail has been enhanced by the courses that I covered up to so far.
I have worked for Saint George Hotel as a banqueting assistant & stock controller. I was responsible for the planning of functions assigned to me, from the design phase to setup and function management. I can now say that the administrative aspects of that position were the key elements that really drove me to seek out the Diploma that that was completed in 2015. Currently I am employed by Mediterranean Delicacies as a Production Assistant Manager in the Pastries Department where I control the administrative aspects from ordering of raw materials through to the receiving and dispatch and all affiliated documentation such as GRV’ing received stock, invoicing, filing, managing human and company resources, handling customer complains, mock recall of products to quantify the effectiveness of our documentation traceability and staff wages. Along with my team, we passed the FSSC 22000 Version 5.1 audit and also the Woolworths Surprise Audit with a green score from 2013 to date.
On a personal note, I am a very fast learner and believe that I have great listening skills. I am looking for a new challenge to tackle and put my all into. I work well in a team, but I am also self motivated and so when the task requires, I can work on my own to fulfil the task at hand.
