Job Description:

•I have working experience as Pharmacy Technician in Shifa International Hospital Islamabad with a Multidisciplinary team of Physicians, Pharmacists and Nurses since April 02, 2012 to 22 May 2015.

My assigned tasks in above mentioned areas include;

Receiving prescription, filling and dispensing the medicines under the supervision of duty Pharmacist.

Maintaining the cleanliness of the pharmacy.

Receiving medicines from vendors and placing them properly in shelves.

Monitoring the Expiries of the medicines routinely.

Counseling the patient about their medicines dose and route.

Providing the alternates if the requested Brand not available.

Making bills against the prescriptions.

Maintaining the Narcotics register and controlled drugs properly.

Preparing extemporaneous preparations on physician request.
