Filled out variance reports on ore and waste tons. I did ground control audits, equipment audits, and planned general inspections. I ensured my crews were provided the right tools, PPE, Survey and geology needs to do their Job efficiently and properly. I Upheld MSHA and Company standards.

I Upheld MSHA and Company standards. I made sure my crews were on line, grade, and design for the companies needs.
Reason for leaving: workers comp claim for a different mining company, injury took longer to heal than FMLA and emergency medical leave allowed.
