Operation Clerk. On a daily basis I accurately enter data into the Child & Youth Management System, (CYMS) for over 300 children in our center. I maintain customer and employee confidentiality with a professional relationship. I calculate family Rates on their intake into our program with Base, BAS, and BAH any special pay. I process family tuition payments on military paydays, follow collection procedures for late payments and make money drops at the assigned areas for MWR CDC. I prepare monthly rosters for VPK and collect parent signatures for the state with the end of the month reports. I open and close the Child Development Daycare Center and greet customers. I maintain accurate records and files when providing support at the front desk.
I provide strong customer service, make hourly reservations, I work directly on the wait list updating current status, offer opening to parents off the website and follow up with parents after accepting an offer. I was responsible for all mandatory orientations new parents attend. I am knowledgeable about moving children to new departments based on age and room availability.
