Responsibilities:

Maintaining and testing di erent kinds of instruments such as, temperature sensors, proximity sensors, pressure sensors, solenoid valves.

Maintaining, troubleshooting and installing Computerized Numeric Control (Lathe & Milling) machines, cold chamber aluminum pressure die casting machines, gas burners, VFD screw compressors, cooling towers, suction blower fans, centerless grinders, semi automatic pneumatic drill machines. Maintaining and fault recti cation of PLC based machines such as Mitsubishi, Delta, Shihlin, Fatek and Siemens.

Maintaining and troubleshooting of AC servo Drives (Fanuc, Delta and GSK), VFDs (Fanuc, GSK, Yaskawa and Delta) and HMIs (Weintek).

Maintaining and fault recti cation of AC servo motors, encoders and induction motors. Repairing and ser cing (Fanuc, GSK & delta) drives, SMPs, controllers and other sensitive pcbs. Recti cation of all power related issues of machines and switch gears on plant to decrease downtime. Maintaining spares parts of machines and other equipments on plant. Making necessary changes and by-pass systems if and when required. Coordination with production and mechanical teams. Working to create improvement for optimized production. Planing and execution of cyclic preventive maintenance of machines. Parameters handling and backup of all cnc machines, vfds and servo drives. Maintaining ISO documents related to maintenance department such as breakdown/fault event records, daily and cyclic preventive maintenance acti ties, inventory management. Pro ding monthly basis awareness session to machine operators on preventive maintenance and safety of humans and equipments.

Maintaining 5S, Kaizen and safety standards in department. Super sing and leading electrical team e ciently.
