PL A N T DE S C RI PT I O N

AL AIN Main Waste Water Treatment Plant: Conventional activated sludge process (Biological) with the capacity of 70,000 m3/day which is constructed long years ago for treating city of Al Ain. But, it is getting overload sewage up to 1, 20, 000 m3/day which is managed by WESCO and WEIR management committee. This plant consist of head works which is Installed 15mm rake screen, 6mm steps screen, odor control system, 4 Aeration Tanks, 16 SST, 16 sand bed filters, 8 digesters, 32 drying beds and excess of treated water diverting to percolation area. Disinfected water distribute to reservoirs for irrigation works.

May train other operators in acceptable lab methods and procedures to assure accuracy of test results. Always Being in Good understanding & Co-operation with my co-workers. Maintains drawings and schematics of electrical and other systems in the treatment plant. Monitors performance of electrical systems, circuits or equipment of the treatment plant. Operating of head works system (Huber technology.) Monitoring of chambers and levels and flows and pressure time to time. Record of operational data.

Inspect equipment and monitor operating conditions. Sample collection for lab analysis.

Maintaining of correct action plan of machineries. Monitoring and coordinate with breakdown works and preparation of schedule for preventive and correction plans.

Checking the performance of machineries in all areas is the routine works in the working hours. Rectifying malfunction in pumps, actuator motorized valves, chlorinators. Detailed daily production report to supervisor
