Experience Hogzilla (Miami Beach), Prep Cook/Line Cook Sept 2011 – Sept 2012 I was in charge of preparing all goods and receiving all food products as well as the proper storage of all. By the time I finished here I had already been promoted to line cook. Will Call (Downtown, Miami), Line Cook Sept 2012 – Feb 2013 This was a 24 hour operation. I was the overnight cook, in charge of all food preparation and proper closing of the kitchen. This restaurant was busy during the late night hours. Macaluso’s (Miami Beach), Assistant Sous Chef Feb 2013 – Feb 2014 An Italian fine dining establishment. I began as a line cook and was then promoted to Assistant Sous Chef. As Assistant Sous Chef, I was responsible for the output of both lunch and dinner shifts. Wapo Taco (Hallandale Beach), Lead Line Cook/Sous Chef Feb 2014-October 2015 I started as a Lead Line Cook. I was in charge of opening the restaurant and cooking through both lunch and dinner. I was soon promoted to Sous Chef. As a Sous Chef I was in charge of placing food orders, receiving food orders, reviewing our weekly budgets for labor and purchases as well as creating the kitchen schedule.

I started as a broil cook at the Cheesecake Factory and quickly learned the entire line while gaining the respect from my management team and my peers, I was them promoted to Stuart / kitchen supervisor I am in charge of not only ordering 80% of the restaurant product but maintaining food productivity and assist with inventory.
