• For two key residential components of a Greenville, SC Master Plan by Verdae Development, Inc., a Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND) and Manor Homesites, as Project Manager/Senior Designer, filled role of master architect for design review board and conceived, strategized, researched, designed, authored, produced, coordinated and published residential design guidelines for each community (one for 77 pages & one for 101 pages). Result: at a combined production cost of $800K over a one- year period, Client/Developer was able to market and sell 186 tracts of undeveloped real property at strategic revenue target of $120 million. • For Walt Disney World, to expand and renovate a newly-vacated retail space as a themed restaurant/bar and share and expand kitchen with an existing restaurant (separated by rated egress corridor), as Project Architect organized pre-design data, assembled production team, established timeline for design & build process, solved the program, code compliance, aesthetic and other coordination issues, maximized seating/occupancy for new space and designed new addition- structure to meet client's requirements for seating and viability. As Architectural Project Designer in concert with PBS&J Landscape Architects conceived, researched, designed, and produced drawings for several community amenities buildings such as: clubhouse; bathhouse

• For City of St. Cloud Parks & Recreation, to turnaround and revitalize the design and presentation of a 170,622 s.f., two-phase Civic & Aquatic Center, as Senior Project Designer identified conceptual needs for the redevelopment, solved complex building massing and program issues, and presented a diagrammatic concept plan and architectural modeling approach to the St. Cloud City Council for their review.
