●Preparation of weekly and monthly reports to senior management.

●Responsible of overall management of project from conception to completion.

●Review variation schedules and assess entitlement and income.

●Preparation, development and review of project quality plan.

●Ensure compliance with client quality objective.

●Responsible for all engineering functions of work.

●Preparation of sub contractors R.A. bills.

●Effect close liaison with client reps.

●Review project programmer and update on a regular basis.
