Maintaining technical submittal logs as per company standard strategy.
Preparing transmittals for all kind of technical submittals as per Client requirements.
Preparing reports for project management (weekly / monthly) upon request.
Systematize all issues by implementing new procedures. Scrutinize various reports and summarize them accordingly.
Generating auto summary for all logs to provide for management on time upon their request.
Updating log for correspondences in / out both.
Preparing Minutes for management meetings.

Regular coordination with sub-contractors for on time technical submission.
Maintaining electronic files and backups in proper manner.
