I worked with each company and the client for understanding and optimal results. This resulted in cost savings for the PA tax payers of almost $100 million last year. Highest producer and enrolled an average of 26 cases a month with many different carriers and also clients who speak various languages. I used many various computer systems to achieve these enrollments.

Sold and serviced auto, home, life, health, travel, commercial, marine, motorcycle and disability. Top Agent for 2009 outselling the most policies over all other agents in 4 offices and also brought in the highest revenue. Awarded Amex Credit card and a 5 day Marco Island, FL trip. Established an interoffice referral system for patrons coming in to AAA for other services
Created and implemented a Division wide free quote offer for all products while the Senior Safe Drivers took their 55 Alive Courses. This proved to be highly successful in garnering new business. Exceptional Customer Service and Sales.

Spring of 1990 to Fall of 1995 – Retail sales for Hess Brothers, Allentown, PA. Worked in women’s fashions and then promoted to cosmetic’s counter. Always in bonus for goals surpassed. Worked part time and full time. Left due to major store closing becoming Bon Ton and moving location.
